1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rise My Rank's website at www.risemyrank.com or any of our services, including the members-only Software Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Rise My Rank provides digital growth services including video production, AI-driven SEO and GEO optimization, social media growth management, and a members-only AI Software Lab (“Software Lab”) containing AI-powered workflow tools.

Access to the Software Lab requires an active retainer engagement or a paid subscription ($99/month). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To access the Software Lab, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid Software Lab subscriptions are billed monthly at $99/month through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@risemyrank.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing
• Attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our AI tools, prompts, or infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Software Lab
• Overload or interfere with our servers or services
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Software Lab uses large language models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate content. AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” for informational and workflow purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

Rise My Rank makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, tool designs, prompts, and underlying technology are owned by Rise My Rank and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to our tools. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rise My Rank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rise My Rank is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
